Digital & Production Design for Copyleaks
Role: Graphic Designer · Client: Infobase
At Infobase, I designed and produced email campaigns supporting products, resources, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. My work often extended beyond the email itself to social media graphics, landing pages and forms, case studies, blog content, and motion graphics, creating connected campaign materials across multiple digital touchpoints.
Press Center Landing Page
I created a series of colorful animated social media graphics to support an email campaign promoting The Mailbox® Plus, a library of ready-to-use classroom resources for educators. The campaign was designed to increase awareness and usage of the resource by giving libraries promotional content they could easily share with their patrons.
Working with a combination of imagery provided by The Mailbox team and assets I selected, I developed playful graphics highlighting individual resources while maintaining a consistent visual style across the campaign.
Cross-Platform Design for Engaging User Journeys
My work on Infobase email campaigns often extended beyond the email itself to landing pages, registration forms, blog content, and other digital resources. The example shown here highlights how these connected touchpoints were used to increase awareness and usage while maintaining a consistent visual experience.
Credo Webinar Promotion & Registration
The Credo Reference webinar campaign connected email promotion with a dedicated landing page and registration form. I created the promotional graphics and built the landing page and form in WordPress, allowing users to move directly from the email CTA to webinar information and registration.
Blog Content & Animated Product Demonstrations
The email also promoted an Infobase blog article featuring guidance on several of the company’s research platforms. To support the article, I created short animations in After Effects demonstrating features and navigation across Credo Source, Information Literacy, and Bloom's Literature.
Using screenshots of the existing interfaces, I added motion to highlight specific tools and resources discussed in the article, giving readers a dynamic visual reference alongside the written content.
Case Study Design & Cross-Platform Promotion
Working from an established Infobase case study template, I designed a new case study highlighting how Credo Reference supported a college’s information literacy program. I adapted the existing visual system to the new content, selecting the hero and interior imagery, organizing longer sections into columns, incorporating product screenshots, and pulling out quotes to create hierarchy throughout the multi-page layout.
I carried the visual treatment across the promotional campaign, including an email designed in BeePro and a WordPress landing page with a form for downloading the case study. The landing page also included links to related resources, extending the user journey beyond the case study download.
Webinar Promotions
Infobase hosted frequent webinars focused on thought leadership, educational topics, and individual products. I designed promotional graphics for email campaigns that drove users to webinar information and registration pages, adapting each visual to the subject, audience, and participating Infobase brands.
The examples below show several webinar campaigns and their variations, using imagery, typography, and color to distinguish individual events while keeping essential information—including the topic, date, time, and registration call to action—easy to identify at a glance.
